Mauricio Pochetino has been sacked by English team, Tottenham Hotspur. The previous Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has been appointed as the new manger instead. Many fans are relieved by this move and others are in utter confusion. Pochetino led the Spurs to the finals of the Champions League not six months ago and they also ended the Premier League as the Top 4 and hence will be in the Champions League again. Where as, some might say that Manchester United was in its worst form ever under controversial manager Mourinho.
Personally, I do think that Pochetino should have been given 6 months to help the team win something and then the decision should have taken place. As for Mourinho, I believe that this is his redemption time. He is quite a knowledgable manager but his techniques don’t seem to work most of the times. Lets just hope that the Spurs don’t become another ManU.
Also, I think that if any manager deserves to get sacked, its Ernesto Valvarde. Every Barcelona fan despises him and he has managed to ruin Barca at new heights. The Barca forwards are the only reason that they are still in the champions league and it looks like Valvarde is doing his best to help them lose all the titles that they could otherwise win.
