On this weeks football news, Liverpool won against Genk 4-1, Napoli beat red bull, Benfica beat Lyon, and Milan beat Dortmund. Both the Madrid’s also won their match. Also, City, PSG, Juventus, Bayern, Tottenham, Chelsea and Barcelona won their matches. We’re now officially halfway down the Champions league and Bayern, PSG, Man city, Juve, Atletico, Barca, Napoli, Liverpool, Chelsea and Ajax are most certain to make it in as well and that is when the real fun will start. On of my favourite thing about the UCL is the fanbase that comes along with it and hence, I urge all of you to devour into the youtube series called The Champions. It is currently on its third season and is insanely entertaining.
I would like to talk about Barcelona’s performance against Slavia Praha and it was quite upsetting. I think Barcelona is starting to park it’s bus even though they’re the best at defense. I certainly hope that Valvarde and Barca improve their efficiency or they may not even get as far as the Semis this time.
Also, it was sad to see Ajax lose a match after their amazing performance last year but Chelsea deserved their win. And our premier league teams are killing it again this season.
